The idea

Made for the way an apothecary actually works.

Herbal work doesn’t happen in neat, isolated lists. One plant can have several forms, each with its own lots and locations. A formula changes over time. A batch moves through stages before it becomes a finished product.

RhizoWorks was built to keep those connections visible, while giving you room for the notes and judgment that make the practice yours.

Inside RhizoWorks

Keep the details together.

Built for solo herbalists and small apothecaries who need useful records without losing the human side of their work.

01 / INVENTORY

Know what’s on your shelves.

Track herbs, supplies, finished products, lots, quantities, locations, suppliers, and low stock reminders.

02 / FORMULAS

Keep a real formula history.

Work through drafts and current versions while preserving the changes, notes, and ingredients behind each formula.

03 / PRODUCTION

Follow each batch through.

Plan production, record stages and actual yield, calculate costs, and connect ingredients to the batch you made.

04 / PRACTICE RECORDS

Keep the supporting work close.

Organize research notes, quality documents, credentials, continuing education, reminders, and reports.

The story

Built from a working herbalist’s apothecary.

RhizoWorks began with real drawers, shelves, tinctures in progress, and the question every maker eventually asks: where is everything, and what happened to it? I just wanted a better way to work with my apothecary.

It is being shaped by hands-on herbal practice and careful beta testing. The aim is simple: a reliable place for the records that let you make confidently and look back clearly.
